Illinois High School Basketball - Sycamore holds off Harvard
December 3, 2022: Harvard, IL 60033 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) and the host Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL), saw Sycamore's basketball squad hold off Harvard by a tally of 65-62.
With the victory, Sycamore improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Woodstock (Woodstock, IL) to confront the Blue Streaks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Blue Streaks come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Woodstock won 68-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Indian Creek (Shabbona, IL)
Next up, the Hornets confront the North Boone Vikings (Poplar Grove, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 7. Harvard will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 54-41 non-league win over Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL).
