California High School Basketball - Inglewood nips Sage Hill
December 3, 2022: Inglewood, CA 90301 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Inglewood Sentinels (Inglewood, CA) and the visiting Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA), saw Inglewood's basketball squad hold off Sage Hill by a tally of 57-55.
With the victory, Inglewood improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Sentinels host Lawndale (Lawndale, CA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 7. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Lawndale lost 80-66 in their recent non-league challenge against Serra (Gardena, CA)
Next up, the Lightning play the Crean Lutheran Saints (Irvine, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 6. Sage Hill will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Saints go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 74-70 non-league win over Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA).
