Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE) and the visiting Johnson County Central Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, NE), saw Tri County's basketball squad hold off Johnson County Central by a tally of 43-40.

With the victory, Tri County improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Pawnee City (Pawnee City, NE) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Pawnee City won 60-44 in their recent league test against Frankfort (Frankfort, KS)
