Idaho High School Basketball - Murtaugh holds off Notus
December 3, 2022: Notus, ID 83656 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Murtaugh Red Devils (Murtaugh, ID) and the host Notus Pirates (Notus, ID), saw Murtaugh's basketball squad hold off Notus by a tally of 37-35.
With the victory, Murtaugh improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Rimrock (Bruneau, ID) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 7. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Rimrock won 54-41 in their recent non-league challenge against North Lake (Silver Lake, OR)
Next up, the Pirates confront the Horseshoe Bend Mustangs (Horseshoe Bend, ID) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Notus will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 41-34 non-league win over Wilder (Wilder, ID).
