Virginia High School Basketball - Woodbridge knocked off by Princess Anne
December 3, 2022: Virginia Beach, VA 23462 The Princess Anne Cavaliers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Woodbridge Vikings to 39 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host First Colonial for a Beach contest on Tuesday, December 6. Princess Anne will battle a Patriots team coming off a 52-29 non-league win over Hickory (Chesapeake, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.
The Vikings (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Unity Reed (Manassas, VA). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Unity Reed was defeated by George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA), 65-32, in a non-league contest.
