Tigard Tigers (Tigard, OR) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sunset Apollos (Portland, OR), 70-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tigard upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to West Salem (Salem, OR) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Apollos clash with the Churchill Lancers (Eugene, OR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Sunset will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
