Texas High School Basketball - Bonham can't hold off Celeste

The Celeste Blue Devils basketball team scored 30 points and held the visiting Bonham Warriors to 28 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whitewright for a 2A Region II District 14 contest on Tuesday, December 13.

The Warriors (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against North Hopkins (Sulphur Springs, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, North Hopkins was nudged by Trenton (Trenton, TX), 45-37, in a non-league contest.
