Wisconsin High School Basketball - Thorp can't hold off Boyceville
December 3, 2022: Boyceville, WI 54725 The Boyceville Bulldogs basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Thorp Cardinals to 49 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amery for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Boyceville will battle a Warriors team coming off a 56-34 non-league win over Grantsburg (Grantsburg, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 2-1.
The Cardinals (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against McDonell Central (Chippewa Falls, WI). The Macks enter the Cloverbelt - West contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, McDonell Central nudged Stanley-Boyd (Stanley, WI), 60-30, in a league contest.
