Texas High School Basketball - Concordia Lutheran knocked off by Emerson
December 3, 2022: Tomball, TX 77375 The Emerson Mavericks basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Concordia Lutheran Crusaders to 28 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Mavericks now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wakeland for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Emerson will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 39-32 non-league loss to Rockwall-Heath (Rockwall, TX). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-13.
The Crusaders (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Kinkaid (Houston, TX). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Kinkaid ran past CHSA HomeSchool (Houston, TX), 57-15, in a non-league contest.
