South Carolina High School Basketball - South Mecklenburg can't hold off Legion Collegiate Academy

December 3, 2022: Rock Hill, SC 29730

The Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres to 67 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lancers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cuthbertson for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9.

The Sabres (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, West Cabarrus nudged Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 68-31, in a non-league contest.
