December 3, 2022: New Castle, PA 16101 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Shenango Wildcats basketball team scored a good 51-36 triumph over the New Castle Hurricanes.
In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Freedom Area Bulldogs (Freedom, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 1 match, on Monday, December 19. Shenango will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.
With the defeat, New Castle moves to 0-1 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA) to meet the Titans in a non-league match on Friday, January 6. The Titans enter the match with a record of 1-1.
