Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT) and the visiting Cyprus Pirates (Magna, UT), saw Corner Canyon's basketball squad overcome Cyprus by a tally of 66-51.

With the victory, Corner Canyon improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Real Salt Lake Academy (Herriman, UT) to confront the Griffins (RSL) in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Griffins (RSL) come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Pirates confront the Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT) in a challenge, on Friday, January 6. Cyprus will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
