North Carolina High School Basketball - Ashbrook nudges North Lincoln

December 3, 2024: Lincolnton, NC 28092

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC) and the host North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC), observed Ashbrook's basketball team edge North Lincoln by a score of 69-63.

The Greenwave (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, East Lincoln edged Hibriten (Lenoir, NC), 87-32, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 5. North Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 60-58 non-league loss to Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC).
