The Victory Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Calumet New Tech Warriors to 36 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage Christian for a South Shore game on Thursday, December 5. Victory Christian Academy will confront a Defenders team coming off a 64-40 league win over Granger Christian (Granger, IN). The Defenders record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Calumet New Tech falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN) to confront the Warriors in a Greater South Shore game on Saturday, December 7.
