In Tuesday's non-league test, the Las Plumas Thunderbirds (Oroville, CA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Yuba City Honkers (Yuba City, CA), by a score of 66-55.

Next, the Thunderbirds encounter the Casa Roble Rams (Orangevale, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 10. Las Plumas will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Rams come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 70-54 non-league win over Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA).

The Honkers (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Wood (Vacaville, CA). The Wildcats come into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Wood beat Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA), 64-63, in a non-league test.
