Indiana High School Basketball - Mitchell knocks off Brown County
December 3, 2024: Mitchell, IN 47446 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Mitchell Bluejackets basketball team scored a good 49-40 win over the Brown County Eagles.
The Bluejackets (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN). The Senators come into the Patoka Lake contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, West Washington defeated Henryville (Henryville, IN), 52-43, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the South Putnam Eagles (Greencastle, IN) in a Western Indiana contest, on Saturday, December 7. Brown County will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record.
