In Tuesday's league test, the Northwest Halifax Vikings (Littleton, NC) basketball squad got by the host Northampton County Jaguars (Gaston, NC), by a score of 34-31.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Warren County Eagles (Warrenton, NC) in a 1A Tar Roanoke test, on Wednesday, December 4. Northwest Halifax will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 66-43 league win over Weldon (Weldon, NC).
