Texas High School Basketball - Troy overwhelms Thorndale
December 3, 2024: Troy, TX 76579 The Troy Trojans basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Thorndale Bulldogs to 25 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Dime Box for a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. Troy will confront a Longhorns team coming off a 44-34 league win over Buckholts (Buckholts, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Thorndale falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Live Oak Classical (Waco, TX) to confront the Falcons in a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 4-5. Live Oak Classical won 68-32 in their recent non-league game against Meyer (Waco, TX)
