North Carolina High School Basketball - Wayne Country Day bested by St. David's
December 3, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27609 St. David's Warriors (Raleigh, NC) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Wayne Country Day Chargers (Goldsboro, NC), 43-33 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. David's advances its record to 2-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to Trinity Academy (Raleigh, NC) to meet the Tigers in a match on Friday, December 6. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 2-1. Trinity Academy won 54-36 in their recent non-league match against St. Thomas More Academy (Raleigh, NC)
The Chargers now own a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Paul II Catholic for a match on Friday, January 3.
