Ohio High School Basketball - Bishop Fenwick nips Mercy McAuley
December 4, 2021: Franklin, OH 45005 Bishop Fenwick Falcons (Franklin, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Mercy McAuley Wolves (Cincinnati, OH), 27-20 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Bishop Fenwick upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Archbishop Alter (Kettering, OH) to play the Knights in a bout on Wednesday, December 8. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Wolves play the St. Ursula Academy Bulldogs (Cincinnati, OH) in a bout, on Tuesday, December 7. Mercy McAuley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 32-26 non-league win over Roger Bacon (Cincinnati, OH).
