December 4, 2023: Falls Church, VA 22043 The George C. Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA), 64-29 in Monday's non-league test.
The Statesmen (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Justice (Falls Church, VA). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Justice was trounced by West Springfield (Springfield, VA), 60-48, in a non-league test.
The Bruins now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Edison for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 6. Lake Braddock will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 72-47 non-league win over Centreville (Clifton, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
