The United Christian Academy Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Mounds Park Academy Panthers to 51 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chesterton Academy for a A Section 4 contest on Thursday, December 7. United Christian Academy will battle a team coming off a 55-20 non-league loss to Nova Classical Academy/Fit Academy Charter (St. Paul, MN). The record now stands at 0-2.
The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Blake (Minneapolis, MN). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Blake was defeated by Minnehaha Academy (Minneapolis, MN), 86-73, in a non-league contest.
