Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC), 77-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Salisbury upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Hornets host Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Cuthbertson won 54-47 in their recent non-league bout against Berry (Charlotte, NC)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Parkland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 73-42 non-league loss to Dudley (Greensboro, NC).
