Iowa High School Basketball - Edgewood-Colesburg fells MFL MarMac
December 4, 2023: Edgewood, IA 52042 Edgewood-Colesburg Vikings (Edgewood, IA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting MFL MarMac Bulldogs (Monona, IA), 63-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Edgewood-Colesburg upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to North Linn (Troy Mills, IA) to clash with the Lynx in a Tri-Rivers - West bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Lynx go into the bout with a record of 3-1. North Linn won 65-32 in their recent league bout against Springville (Springville, IA)
Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Turkey Valley Trojans (Jackson Junction, IA) in a Upper Iowa bout, on Tuesday, December 5. MFL MarMac will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 50-39 league win over North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA).
