December 4, 2023: Lake Crystal, MN 56055 Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights (Lake Crystal, MN) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman Jaguars (Granada, MN), 63-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Martin County West (Sherburn, MN) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Martin County West won 46-26 in their recent league bout against Loyola (Mankato, MN)
Next up, the Jaguars play the Cleveland Clippers (Cleveland, MN) in a A Section 2 bout, on Thursday, December 7. Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Clippers go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 76-38 non-league loss to St. Clair (St. Clair, MN).
