Arkansas High School Basketball - Atkins victorious over Hector
December 4, 2024: Atkins, AR 72823 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Atkins Red Devils basketball team scored a good 65-45 triumph over the Hector Wildcats.
The Red Devils (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Glen Rose (Malvern, AR). The Beavers go into the 3A Region 5 contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Glen Rose was topped by Rison (Rison, AR), 46-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Heber Springs Panthers (Heber Springs, AR) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Hector will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 69-57 non-league loss to Mayflower (Mayflower, AR).
