The Mount Mercy Academy Magic basketball squad (Buffalo, NY), was nudged 42-40 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host West Seneca East Trojans (West Seneca, NY)

With the victory, West Seneca East advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Trojans host West Seneca West (West Seneca, NY) to meet the Warhawks in a non-league battle on Friday, December 6. The Warhawks enter the battle with a record of 1-0. West Seneca West won 62-25 in their recent non-league battle against Holland (Holland, NY)
