North Carolina High School Basketball - Queen's Grant overwhelms Comenius

December 5, 2022: Matthews, NC 28105

Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) and the visiting Comenius Knights (Fort Mill, SC), saw Queen's Grant's basketball squad wallop Comenius by a tally of 88-52.

With the victory, Queen's Grant improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC) to confront the Raptor in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. The Raptor come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Mountain Island Charter lost 64-58 in their recent non-league challenge against Albemarle (Albemarle, NC)

Next up, the Knights confront the Oak Hill Academy - Red Warriors (Mouth of Wilson, VA) in a Freelance challenge, on Friday, December 9. Comenius will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.
