California High School Basketball - Rancho Verde crushes Corona del Mar
December 5, 2022: Newport Beach, CA 92660 Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Corona del Mar Sea Kings (Newport Beach, CA), 74-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rancho Verde upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA) to clash with the Rams in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Murrieta Mesa lost 61-60 in their recent non-league bout against Silverado (Victorville, CA)
Next up, the Sea Kings clash with the Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. Corona del Mar will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Aztecs go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 69-56 non-league win over Cabrillo (Long Beach, CA).
