The Piper Bengals basketball team (Sunrise, FL), was nudged 46-41 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Hallandale Chargers (Hallandale, FL)

The Chargers now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop McCarthy for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Hallandale will battle a Mavericks team coming off a 75-59 non-league win over Boca Raton (Boca Raton, FL). The Mavericks record now stands at 4-3.

The Bengals (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Plantation (Plantation, FL). The Colonels come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Plantation was nudged by Miramar (Miramar, FL), 73-71, in a non-league battle.
