The Valley Vista Monsoon basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Millennium Tigers to 42 in the Monsoon league triumph on Monday.

The Monsoon now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seton Catholic for a contest on Thursday, December 8. Valley Vista will meet a Sentinels team coming off a 55-31 non-league loss to Westwood (Mesa, AZ). The Sentinels record now stands at 0-2.
