December 5, 2023: Shawnee, OK 74801 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sulphur Bulldogs (Sulphur, OK) and the host Bethel Wildcats (Shawnee, OK), saw Sulphur's basketball squad overcome Bethel by a tally of 56-44.
With the victory, Sulphur improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Byng (Ada, OK) to confront the Pirates in a Lake Country challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Bethel will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 62-59 league win over Tuttle (Tuttle, OK).
