Texas High School Basketball - Brenham nips Bryan
December 5, 2023: Brenham, TX 77833 Brenham Cubs (Brenham, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bryan Vikings (Bryan, TX), 55-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Brenham upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Cubs travel to Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX) to play the Longhorns in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Hamshire-Fannett lost 69-59 in their recent non-league bout against Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX)
Next up, the Vikings play the Conroe Tigers (Conroe, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Bryan will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 50-28 league loss to Willis (Willis, TX).
