The Burns Bulldogs basketball team (Lawndale, NC), was nudged 69-66 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC)

The Jaguars now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bessemer City for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Forestview will battle a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 59-49 non-league win over Chase (Forest City, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 2-4.

The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC). The Wolves come into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Lincolnton edged Avery County (Newland, NC), 85-46, in a non-league battle.
