Louisiana High School Basketball - Northlake Christian fells Pearl River
December 5, 2023: Covington, LA 70433 Northlake Christian Wolverines (Covington, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pearl River Rebels (Pearl River, LA), 53-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Northlake Christian upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Franklinton (Franklinton, LA) to confront the Demons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 6. The Demons come into the challenge with a record of 7-1.
Next up, the Rebels confront the Reed Olympians (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Pearl River will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Olympians come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 50-28 non-league win over L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA).
