High School Basketball - Freshman Opponent knocked off by Westminster
December 5, 2023: , The Westminster Wolves basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Freshman Opponent to 23 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolves now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bear Creek for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 6. Westminster will meet a Bears team coming off a 57-51 non-league loss to Adams City (Commerce City, CO). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
The (18-38) will now prepare for their contest against Shawnee Mission Christian (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Shawnee Mission Christian was outscored by Freshman Opponent (, ), 28-20, in a non-league contest.
