With the victory, Wheatland upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Calaveras (San Andreas, CA) to play the Red Hawks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Red Hawks come into the bout with a record of 5-3. Calaveras won 63-46 in their recent non-league bout against Franklin (Stockton, CA)
Next up, the play the Westminster Wolves (Westminster, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Freshman Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 19-39 season record. The Wolves come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 68-25 non-league loss to Monarch (Louisville, CO).
