The Blue Devils now possess a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Hope for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Booneville will confront a Trojans team coming off a 51-25 non-league loss to Starkville (Starkville, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 4-3.
The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Ashland (Ashland, MS). The Blue Devils come into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Ashland was overwhelmed by Myrtle (Myrtle, MS), 53-28, in a league battle.
