New Mexico High School Basketball - Cimarron crushes Raton
December 5, 2023: Cimarron, NM 87714 Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Raton Tigers (Raton, NM), 51-9 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Cimarron upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Reserve (Reserve, NM) to play the Mountaineers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Mountaineers come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Reserve won 78-30 in their recent non-league bout against Mountainair (Mountainair, NM)
Next up, the Tigers play the Maxwell Bears (Maxwell, NM) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Raton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bears come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 47-10 non-league loss to Roy/Mosquero (Roy, NM).
