December 5, 2023: Wheaton, IL 60187 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers (Wheaton, IL) and the visiting Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL), saw Wheaton-Warrenville South's basketball squad wallop Glenbard North by a count of 65-19.
With the victory, Wheaton-Warrenville South upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL) to play the North Stars in a DuKane challenge on Friday, December 8. The North Stars come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. St. Charles North lost 55-38 in their recent league challenge against Batavia (Batavia, IL)
Next up, the Panthers play the Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) in a DuKane challenge, on Friday, December 8. Glenbard North will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 53-28 league win over Lake Park (Roselle, IL).
