Ohio High School Basketball - Waverly holds off Huntington
December 5, 2023: Waverly, OH 45690 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Waverly Tigers (Waverly, OH) and the visiting Huntington Huntsmen (Chillicothe, OH), saw Waverly's basketball squad hold off Huntington by a tally of 54-48.
With the victory, Waverly improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host Western (Latham, OH) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.
