Wisconsin High School Basketball - Lake Holcombe knocked off by Luck
December 5, 2023: Luck, WI 54853 The Luck Cardinals basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Lake Holcombe Chieftains to 47 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Unity for a Lakeland - West contest on Friday, December 8. Luck will meet a Eagles team coming off a 59-40 non-league loss to Amery (Amery, WI). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
The Chieftains (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Prairie Farm (Prairie Farm, WI). The Panthers enter the Lakeland - East contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Prairie Farm was defeated by Turtle Lake (Turtle Lake, WI), 62-46, in a non-league contest.
