California High School Basketball - University nips Lincoln
December 5, 2023: San Francisco, CA 94116 University Red Devils (San Francisco, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Lincoln Mustangs (San Francisco, CA), 20-19 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, University upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Red Devils host Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 4-0.
Next up, the Mustangs play the Menlo School Knights (Atherton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 25-14 non-league win over Los Altos (Los Altos, CA).
