December 5, 2023: Caldwell, TX 77836 La Vega Pirates (Waco, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Caldwell Hornets (Caldwell, TX), 51-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, La Vega upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Pirates travel to Athens (Athens, TX) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
