Michigan High School Basketball - Okemos nudges Sexton
December 5, 2023: Lansing, MI 48915 Okemos Wolves (Okemos, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Sexton Big Reds (Lansing, MI), 51-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Okemos upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Wolves host Howell (Howell, MI) to clash with the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Big Reds clash with the Lansing Catholic Cougars (Lansing, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Sexton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 67-15 non-league loss to East Lansing (East Lansing, MI).
