Vincent Memorial Scots (Calexico, CA) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA), 63-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Vincent Memorial advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Scots travel to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA) to meet the Vaqueros in a non-league match on Saturday, December 7. The Vaqueros enter the match with a record of 4-1. El Capitan lost 66-55 in their recent non-league match against Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA)

The Cardinals now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. Hoover will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 39-36 non-league win over University City (San Diego, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-1.
