December 5, 2025: Mapleton, OR 97453 Valor Christian (Beaverton, OR) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball team smash the host Mapleton Sailors (Mapleton, OR), 63-29 in a non-league contest.
The (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Illinois Valley (Cave Junction, OR). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Illinois Valley overwhelmed Grand View Christian Academy (Beavercreek, OR), 50-45, in a non-league match.
The Sailors now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Willamette Valley Christian for a non-league match on Saturday, December 6. Mapleton will face a Warriors squad coming off a 57-44 non-league win over Reedsport (Reedsport, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
