The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) and the host Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA), witnessed Pleasant Valley's basketball squad rout Freedom by a count of 55-25.

With the victory, Pleasant Valley advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Vikings travel to Monte Vista (Danville, CA) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 6. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 2-1. Monte Vista lost 60-40 in their recent non-league contest against San Marin (Novato, CA)

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 6. Freedom will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Broncos enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 51-25 non-league loss to Del Oro (Loomis, CA).
