California High School Basketball - Granada knocks off Las Lomas
December 5, 2025: Livermore, CA 94550 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) and the visiting Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA), witnessed Granada's basketball squad run past Las Lomas by a count of 52-44.
With the victory, Granada advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Matadors travel to Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA) to meet the Red Devils in a non-league battle on Thursday, December 11. The Red Devils enter the battle with a record of 3-0.
The Knights now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pittsburg for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 6. Las Lomas will battle a Pirates team coming off a 79-49 non-league win over El Cerrito (El Cerrito, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.
