December 6, 2022: Winder, GA 30680 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Dunwoody Wildcats (Dunwoody, GA) and the host Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA), saw Dunwoody's basketball squad knock off Apalachee by a count of 59-46.
With the victory, Dunwoody upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Riverwood (Atlanta, GA) to play the Raiders in a AAAAAA Region 4 challenge on Friday, December 9. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Riverwood won 81-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Roswell (Roswell, GA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes (Monroe, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Apalachee will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Purple Hurricanes come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 58-54 non-league win over Loganville (Loganville, GA).
